How should I prepare? Do I need to wash my face?

Come as you are—makeup, sweat, and sunscreen are fine. We handle the cleansing. If your skin is reactive, avoid starting new actives for 24–48 hours beforehand.

Will I be red afterward?

Most clients leave looking calmer. If you’re highly reactive, mild temporary flushing can happen, but our approach is designed to keep skin comfortable.

Do you do extractions?

We keep extractions selective and barrier-safe. If skin is inflamed or compromised, we prioritize calming and stability first.

Do you use machines (HydraFacial, etc.)?

These services are hands-on by design. We focus on barrier-first technique and targeted layering rather than device intensity—especially when skin is reactive.

How often should I come in?

Reset: Flexible—many active clients come 1–2x/month or as needed.
Ritual: Often every 4–6 weeks until stability returns, then maintain as needed.

Can I work out after my visit?

Post-Sweat Barrier Reset: Yes—this service is designed to fit into an active day. If possible, wait 1–2 hours before heavy sweating so the comfort layers can fully set on the skin.
Restorative Barrier Ritual: We recommend keeping the rest of your day gentle when you can (ideally a rest day). Give your skin a little time to stay calm and supported before intense sweat/heat.

What products do you use?

We primarily use Epionce and Plated Skin Science—selected for barrier comfort and recovery. Post-Sweat Reset is powered by Epionce; Restorative combines Epionce + Plated. We’ll recommend a simple at-home routine to maintain results.
