Booking appointments
Appointments are booked online through our scheduling system (Amelia). By booking, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to follow the policies below.
Deposits and payments
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve an appointment.
- The deposit is applied toward your service total when your appointment is completed.
- Any remaining balance is due at your appointment unless otherwise stated.
Rescheduling and cancellations (24-hour window)
We understand plans can change.
- If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time, you may choose either:
a full refund of your deposit, or full credit to use toward a future appointment. - If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit becomes credit only (no refund).
Late arrivals
To keep the schedule running smoothly, we ask clients to arrive on time.
- If you’re running behind, we’ll do our best to adjust if time allows.
- If we’re unable to complete the service as scheduled, we may need to reschedule. In that case, your deposit will be handled according to the policy above.
No-shows
If you do not arrive for your appointment, your deposit becomes credit only (no refund).
Credit policy
- Appointment credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original client.
- Credits may be applied to future appointments and services.
Health, safety, and suitability
For your safety:
- Please share relevant information during booking (e.g., allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, recent procedures, or current irritation).
- We may modify or decline a service if we believe it is not suitable at the time of your appointment.
Results disclaimer
Skincare outcomes vary by individual. We cannot guarantee specific results, and responses may differ based on skin condition, lifestyle, and home care.
Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, branding, and design) is owned by Strada Bellezza or used with permission and may not be copied or used without written consent.
Third-party services
We may use third-party tools for booking, payments, analytics, and support. Your use of those tools may also be subject to their terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Strada Bellezza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
